When I purchased the diner from its previous owner, a dedicated Korean woman who had built a loyal customer base, she took the time to train me and share the knowledge, values, and hard work that helped make the business successful. I am grateful for the foundation she created and the guidance she provided during the transition.
Since taking ownership, I have honored the diner's legacy while adding my own vision and flavor. I've refreshed the menu with new recipes, bold tastes, and creative dishes that reflect my passion for great food and hospitality. The result is a unique dining experience that combines the comfort of a neighborhood diner with fresh flavors that keep guests coming back for more.
